Customer Register of Perjantai Markkinointiviestintä Oy

The register may be used in accordance with applicable personal data and data protection legislation for the following purposes:

1. To fulfill general rights and obligations and, where permitted by law, to develop and improve products and services, provide information, conduct direct marketing, and target services and direct marketing activities.
2. To manage and develop customer relationships and to provide guidance and customer communications by mail, telephone, email, text message, or other electronic means.

The register contains the following information provided by the customer and information collected in connection with the customer relationship, where necessary for the purposes described above:

• Basic information: first name, last name, email address
• Submitted inquiries or other communications
• Profiling and interest information voluntarily provided by the customer
• Date and time of contact
• Any other information collected with the customer's consent

Information concerning registered individuals and updates to such information are obtained through the websites perjantai.fi and vuosikello.net, business decision-maker databases, information received through customer relationships, and notifications submitted by registered individuals via email, telephone, or other means.

All information stored in the register is treated confidentially. The Data Controller does not disclose register data to third parties for marketing or other purposes.

However, information may be disclosed in electronic form or as printed copies to partners working on behalf of Perjantai Markkinointiviestintä Oy or companies within the same group. Such information may only be used for communications, customer relationship management, or marketing and communication activities defined by the Data Controller and carried out with the customer's consent.

The Data Controller has the right to transfer personal data freely within the European Union and the European Economic Area for the provision of services.

The Data Controller also has the right to transfer personal data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Unless otherwise required by law, personal data will be deleted from the register upon the customer's request.

The register is processed only by specifically authorized employees who are bound by confidentiality agreements. Register data is protected by firewalls and password controls to prevent unauthorized access. The data is stored in an environment protected by appropriate information security software and technical safeguards.

The data subject has the right to access the information stored about them in the register and to request correction of any inaccurate information.

The data subject also has the right to prohibit the use of their information for direct marketing, market research, and related profiling activities, as well as to withdraw any consent or authorization previously given.

Requests for correction, prohibition, or withdrawal must be submitted in writing to the persons responsible for register matters. To ensure data security, the data subject may be required to verify their identity.
